about

2019 is not slowing down anytime soon for DJ Whitecoat, the RKS /STT producer who is currently under Roska's wing has seen his last two releases with back to back airplay on Radio One thanks to Toddla T and Radio One Xtra, thanks to Benteki and Sian Anderson, plus an array of worldwide stations including Paris and London's Rinse FM. He has had support from some heavy weights in the game including AC Slater, Grego Salto, Simbad, Anna Lunoe, DJ Cartier, Kissy Sell Out, Jaguar Skills, DJ NG, Bianca Oblivion, Shift K3y, Doctor Jeep, Murder He Wrote, and even DJ EZ has grabbed his music off him.

Every release so far has been leading up to this one, Whitecoat Links Up with Legendary MC Archa General, and its quiet possibly his best colaboration so far. The track entittled "Spell Check" fuses Funky and Reggae to great effect, with Archa riding over this banger of a beat schooling people with his Gangster Alphabet. Whitecoat's production really does sit well underneath the slick word play and flow of the Aston born Mc and together the pair dream up a combination worthy of any dancefloor/dj set.
For those that may not be familar with Archa here is a little introduction for you...

Archer Thomas, better known by his stage moniker Archa General was born in the deprived ward of Aston in the second biggest city UK Birmingham on February 25, 1976. Archa found his passion for music and a gift of compiling words and melody's as early as 1983. At the age of 7 yrs old he achieved his first live performance, from then on he regularly created his own lyrics on the current beats of the reggae music genre, with his current hit single "Goddess" released 2017 being his most recent accolade.

His career gained significance after his performance at 'The Institute of Contemporary Arts' at The Mall, Piccadilly, London UK in 2009, as well as touring with the ‘Scare dem crew' 'Harry toddler' and 'Elephant Man'. Archa began collecting rivalry in form of clashes (lyrical battles) with other artists, who were all eager to hold their spot in the lime light.
Born to Jamaican parents his love and talent for reggae music became refined and established through producing dub plates and writing his own materials which became his motivation to achieve a BA Honours in Music Industry Practice.

Archa has also performed alongside and produced for popular urban and reggae artists ranging from to the extremes of Morgans Heritage, I octane, and the late infamous John Holt (R.I.P).
Today much of Archa's story is untold, however, still working with worldwide up and coming artist, as well as high end artists whom regularly collaborate and attend studio sessions with Mr General, his pristine production capabilities and expertise are in high demand.

Both Whitecoat and Archa hope you enjoy the track and remember to do your homework!

This Release is already being supported by Roska, Benteki, DJ Pioneer, Jamz Super Nova, Toddla T, Tasty Lopez, Jaguar Skills, DJ One Man, Anna Lunoe, Spookz, Simbad, Keysound Blackdown, Cartier, Smoove Kriminal, Ahadadream, Scott Garcia and more.
